Job Summary:

The Route Sales Representative is responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. This is a full-time position that requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift 40 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores
  • Merchandise products to maximize sales and visibility
  • Partner with store managers to increase sales and promote Frito-Lay products
  • Run routes independently and as part of a team
  • Meet sales and productivity goals
Requirements:
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
