Position Overview:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving the success of Patch within the enterprise sector. This pivotal role involves expanding our client base, fostering relationships, and overseeing the sales process from initial engagement to credit acquisition and subsequent growth. You will be part of the founding team of Enterprise Account Executives, utilizing your innovative problem-solving skills to address market needs and successfully negotiate deals that advance Patch's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, conducting thorough discovery sessions to identify client needs and challenges.
  • Promote Patch's value proposition and present our solutions to decision-makers at organizations committed to climate action.
  • Establish enduring relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor with expertise in climate solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to product development initiatives that shape the company's strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on customer requirements.
  • Occasionally travel for events, client meetings, and internal engagements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex sales cycles with large organizations, consistently exceeding sales targets in dynamic environments.
  • A results-oriented mindset with exceptional time management skills to balance various responsibilities, including pipeline development, relationship management, and closing activities.
  • A collaborative spirit, eager to work across functions at Patch to deliver results for clients and prospects.
  • Experience in successfully launching new products or solutions, with a capacity to challenge conventional approaches; familiarity with Challenger Sales methodologies is advantageous.
  • Possess a professional demeanor when engaging with decision-makers and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for environmental sustainability and a desire to work in a mission-driven organization.
  • Willingness to work from the office a few days a week.
