Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement workforce planning strategies and programs.
  • Lead the design and development of workforce planning tools and processes to support business decision-making.

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders to inform workforce planning decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. statistics, engineering, I/O psychology, mathematics, economics).
  • 6+ years of experience in workforce planning, program management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. statistics, engineering, I/O psychology, mathematics, economics).
  • Experience in workforce planning, program management, or a related field, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and statistical modeling, with a focus on workforce planning and analytics.
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
