Senior Program Manager

Scion Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the implementation of our 5-year plan. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day project management of key programmatic initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project management of key programmatic initiatives, ensuring timelines and budgets are tracked
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support programmatic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify programmatic needs, set objectives, and define metrics that align with strategy
  • Conduct research and gather information to support programmatic initiatives
  • Analyze portfolio data to identify trends and communicate information to guide decision-making
  • Project manage biocultural monitoring efforts
  • Oversee holistic programmatic grant submissions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, social sciences, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Experience working with or within Indigenous communities
  • Fluency in French
  • Basic knowledge of GIS
