Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center (Fred Hutch) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Data Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and driving program and product development, acting as Product Manager for the Data Engineering Team, and supporting the development of the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for our data products with sponsors and cross-department stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned products and related projects to ensure completion within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
  • Provide overall communication and interface with all areas affected by the program/product, including cross-functional stakeholders and dependent teams.
  • Work with leadership and core team members to help identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope, time, and costs.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, project sponsors, and peers.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree required or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in managing complex technology programs, products, or projects.
  • Experienced in product management methodologies, selecting the best methods for progress tracking, health metrics, monitoring change control process, testing, release to production, and on-time delivery within capacity constraints.
