This hands-on position is crucial to our growth strategy in the realm of paid media channels.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in crafting our paid social lead generation strategy, ensuring collaboration with advertising agencies for effective implementation of local campaigns.
  • Oversee the comprehensive management and deliverables of designated paid social campaigns, from initiation to optimization, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to meet both short-term and long-term objectives, sharing insights to enhance paid social marketing efforts.
  • Refine our digital approach to Paid Social marketing, developing strategies that can be automated and executed at scale.
  • Embrace a continuous 'test and learn' philosophy for all Paid Social activities, innovating to improve campaign performance through new features and technologies.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the daily management of local approved agencies, assist in franchisee communications, and work with Franchise Business Managers on necessary reporting.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaigns to enhance results with a focus on improving local strategies.
  • Contribute to data onboarding and management initiatives.
  • Assist in creating educational materials and webinars for local franchises.
  • Work closely with digital agencies to ensure effective local paid media campaigns and adherence to best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in paid social media, with a strong command of Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience in an advertising agency setting, particularly with multi-location or franchise business models.
  • Proficient in Facebook Business & Ads Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, and other local lead generation channels.
  • Strong grasp of marketing tracking and UTMs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Background in the Fitness or Health & Wellness sector (or a comparable industry).
  • Client-facing experience in an advertising agency requiring effective communication skills.
  • Understanding of booking or membership-based business models.
COMPETENCIES:
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from extensive data sets in Excel.
  • Experience in launching, monitoring, and analyzing hyper-local and regional advertising campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in process improvement and developing data-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities with a flexible, agile mindset.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role does not entail supervisory responsibilities.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel is typically not required.
