About the Role

Elevate Aviation Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and distributing marketing content to support our business development, sales, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy to drive lead generation and brand awareness for all subsidiaries owned by Elevate Aviation Group LLC.
  • Create and distribute a variety of marketing content, including emails, blog posts, social media posts, case studies, white papers, and infographics, daily or as specified in the communications/content calendar.
  • Craft targeted content tailored to specific audiences, such as professional sports teams, NCAA teams, global tour managers, corporations, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
  • Produce grammatically accurate copy, including effective headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed communications calendar.
  • Assist in creating email marketing campaigns, focusing on design, content input, performance tracking, and recommending improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of blog posts, social media updates, and other digital content that reflects the company's voice and objectives.
  • Collaborate on video projects, providing graphic assets and design support for video production.
  • Maintain and enhance the company website, social media accounts, and other communication channels.
  • Build out a strategic monthly social media content calendar for all divisions of Elevate Aviation Group LLC on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing assets that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Edit images and create infographics needed for campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency of design across all channels, including print, web, and digital advertising.
  • Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all marketing platforms, ensuring design standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and improve existing sales and marketing collateral.
  • Utilize various marketing software systems to expand content distribution and ensure effective messaging reaches the appropriate prospects.
Requirements
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo).
  • Familiarity with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a focused team.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong ambassadorial qualities for promoting the PJS/Elevate brand and company culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or English Language and Literature.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience creating compelling content in a B2B environment, preferably in private aviation or with UHNWI.
  • Familiarity with HTML and website management systems (e.g., Wordpress, Shopify).
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, email marketing services, content management systems, and CRMs, with a specific focus on HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to accept and apply feedback constructively.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
