About the Role:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of financial services professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Managing branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with members, employees, and community partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a financial services leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
