Job Title: Relationship Manager II

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate relationship management activities with new and existing clients to drive sales, revenue, and market share growth.
  • Work with clients with moderate levels of risk and complexity of needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute effective contact management strategies to drive client engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to identify and implement client solutions, leveraging reporting and sales tools to drive sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • University/college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience, with a strong background in client relationship management and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement client solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
