Senior Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key personnel
- Manage the day-to-day operations and servicing of group retirement plan clients
- Maintain compliance calendars for each client to ensure timely execution of required annual compliance tasks
- Facilitate client inquiries and service requests in a proactive manner
- Meet with clients to conduct plan review meetings
- Manage pre and post-client meeting tasks, including preparation of meeting materials and post-review meeting minutes
- Coordinate plan support services with the home office to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Engage in client retention and growth objectives within assigned client base
- Seek opportunities for client service model enhancements and identify opportunities for increasing plan contributions
- Work closely with the regional team to coordinate delivery of MOA services
- Design participant education campaigns with the plan sponsor and Participant Account Representative
- Conduct group education presentations, enrollment presentations, and participant 1:1 meetings as needed
- Leverage existing client relationships for new opportunities within the region
- Attend client events to enhance relationships
- Manage Salesforce data, including client contact information, plan details, and client tasks
- Prior work experience in the group retirement plan industry
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate/group retirement plans, including retirement plan design, investment monitoring, plan administration, compliance testing, and retirement plan rules and regulations
- Excellent business writing, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Comfortable presenting in front of groups and C-suite executives
- Client relationship management experience
- Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask during a business day
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Active FINRA Series 6, 63, and SIE or must be obtained within the first year of employment
- Active State Life and Health Insurance License (in all states covered) required or obtained within the first year of employment
- Valid driver's license
- Competitive base salary
- Annual bonus

- 401(k) match: up to 9% of pay (salary and incentive compensation) in company contributions, plus a 100% employer match on employee contributions of up to 6% of pay
- Parental leave: 8 weeks fully paid

- Matching gift program: Mutual of America matches donations of $25 or more to your favorite organizations
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000, with the potential for additional compensation through an annual bonus.
