We are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager focused on Owner Direct Sales to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new owner-direct clients for service and maintenance agreements.
  • Promote Building Automation and HVAC solutions to assist clients in achieving their environmental, operational, and financial goals.
  • Foster customer loyalty and build advantageous partnerships for Envelop Group.
  • Inform clients about facility efficiency and train maintenance staff.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend customized service contracts and enhancements.
  • Optimize opportunities within existing accounts and drive additional business growth.
  • Oversee resources, timelines, budgets, and documentation for effective project delivery.
  • Maintain precise customer records in Salesforce for streamlined access by the fulfillment team.
  • Participate in relevant trade exhibitions and association gatherings to network and connect with potential clients.
  • Conduct account evaluations and equipment assessments for renewal or replacement considerations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of technical experience in Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or building automation systems.
  • Proven sales skills and outstanding communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement in sales and engineering expertise.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations and work in various environmental conditions.
