Regional Account Manager

James Hardie Building Products Inc. is a leading manufacturer of fiber cement home siding and exterior design solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationships in the region. This includes identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including regular communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, customer programs, and benefits.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to management.
- 3+ years of sales experience in a high-touch sales environment.
- Prior track record of success in an account management role.
- Strong sales mentality and understanding of the sales process.
- High level of organization, discipline, and self-structure.
- Ability to effectively build relationships at all levels in an organization and in differing environments.
- Must have experience with presenting and proposal.
- Travel 10-15% out of market travel.
- A valid driver's license is required.
