Job Title: Sales and Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Gulftech Group. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, from senior management level to operational level.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, monitor industry and market trends, and seek out new markets and applications for our equipment.
  • Sales and Service: Manage and direct all sales activities, collaborate with the Service Manager to oversee staffing, work hours, and part orders, and ensure that training and guidance is provided to customers' personnel.
  • Administration: Report to the Director of Sales, prepare and manage budgets, monitor accounts receivable, and coordinate trade shows and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years of experience managing customer relationships for sales and service in a technical industry
  • Skills: Advanced ability to read, write, and speak English, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and experience using MRP/ER System (JD Edwards preferred)
