At Christian Horizons, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our PACE program's reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed census enrollment targets
  • Collaborate with the Home Office Sales and Marketing team to develop annual sales and marketing plans and marketing materials
  • Source and participate in sales and marketing activities, such as senior fairs and canvassing senior high-rises
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing referral sources and develop new ones
  • Implement open houses and marketing events to enhance exposure for our PACE program

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • One year supervisory experience and one year experience in healthcare or geriatric marketing
  • Current driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Marketing and/or sales experience, particularly in the healthcare industry
