Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Prism Biotech. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in promoting our innovative healthcare products and delivering exceptional customer service.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with specialist customers, providing scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to support our pharmaceutical products.
  • Reimbursement and Distribution: Understand the reimbursement/distribution landscape for specialist customers and identify resources to refer them to appropriate channels for reimbursement and distribution choices, working within PhRMA guidelines.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our pharmaceutical products and provide product educational programs/in-services to customers.
  • Compliance and Strategy: Work within Compliance guidelines and industry regulations at all times, developing strategies and tactics to generate sales and effectively manage allocated resources.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer requests, inquiries, and needs.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Sales Abilities: Strong sales abilities or demonstrated success as a Sales Rep professional.
  • Scientific Knowledge: Ability to understand and communicate highly scientific and technical medical information.
  • Industry Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
