About the Role
">Lincoln Financial Group is seeking a talented Executive Benefits Specialty Markets Sales Rep to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for proactively promoting, designing and executing executive benefit life insurance sales opportunities for our customers.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Buildding and maintaining strong business relationships with key clients to meet or exceed established sales goals, quotas, targets or objectives.">
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products from time of sale to issuance.">
- Conducting site visits to assigned firms/institutions to achieve sales targets.">
- Cultivating, managing, and maintaining firm/institution client relationships within assigned territory.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- 1-3+ years experience in financial services or life insurance sales directly aligning to the specific responsibilities for this role.">
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.">
- FINRA SIE, 6, 63 Licenses.">
- Analytical skills and close attention to detail are necessary.">
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.">
