What You'll Do

  • Utilize your knowledge of CarMax's extensive inventory to guide customers through the sales process and ensure they find a vehicle that meets their requirements.
  • Work closely with customers every step of the way, from initial contact to test drives and financing arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to facilitate smooth transactions for our customers.
