Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage client relationships to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and propose solutions to address client challenges.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain client retention, growth plans, and strategies to develop a profitable business.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to exceed performance metrics.
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Research and track market trends, competitor behaviors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales or transportation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.
