Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Process incoming mail, manage correspondence, and draft business letters as needed.
  • Plan and schedule appointments, meetings, and business trips, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in meetings, taking minutes and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be proficient in using various software applications.
