As an Assistant Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business, guiding your team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of store operations during your shift. This includes managing costs, overseeing inventory, handling cash transactions, and fostering positive customer interactions. You will set the standard for your team and must be prepared to lead by example at all times.
Your specific responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Performing all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
- Managing a team of 3 to 30 employees during your shift.
- Overseeing all store operations.
- Welcoming customers and processing orders with a friendly demeanor.
- Operating the cash register and managing customer payments.
- Preparing fast, accurate, and consistent products while adhering to recipes and procedures.
- Delivering products safely and courteously to customers.
Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant.
Ensuring a professional appearance in line with company grooming standards.What We Seek:
