This role provides an opportunity to engage with advanced agricultural machinery and deliver innovative solutions that support our clients' success. We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $150,000 annually (base plus commission), alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRODUCTION AG ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Your Role:

As a Production Ag Account Coordinator, you will work closely with local agricultural producers to evaluate their equipment requirements and propose tailored solutions leveraging your knowledge of John Deere and competitive agricultural machinery. Your daily activities will include formulating sales strategies, maintaining CRM records, conducting demonstrations to highlight innovations, and ensuring clients are informed about the latest agronomy practices and financing options.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of current agricultural trends
  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Proficiency in safely operating, mounting, dismounting, hooking up, securing, and transporting equipment
  • Ability to sit, stand, and squat for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills to foster excellent customer relationships
  • Competence in utilizing computerized tools and reports
  • Negotiation skills and mathematical proficiency
  • Willingness to mentor less experienced candidates
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related agricultural field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or direct sales within the agricultural equipment sector
