  • Work Schedule: Full-time with varying shifts and locations.

Key Responsibilities as a Retail Cashier Support Specialist:
  • Welcome every customer warmly, expressing gratitude for their patronage and encouraging their return.
  • Deliver prompt and friendly service while providing accurate product information to enhance customer awareness.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently, applying relevant discounts and promotions while adhering to legal regulations regarding restricted items.
  • Prepare cashier reports accurately in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, both inside and outside.
  • Properly label, rotate, and stock products on shelves, coolers, and displays.
  • Prioritize safety and security, following guidelines outlined in the Safety Manual, and report any incidents to management immediately.
  • Stay informed about and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Where applicable, assist customers with fueling their vehicles, checking fluids, and cleaning windows as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation and food handling standards.
  • For Floaters: Accurately reconcile daily paperwork and complete deposits when covering shifts.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Must be of legal age to sell restricted products.
  • Demonstrates a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Available to work flexible shifts to meet the demands of a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail or cashier roles is preferred.
  • Possesses a strong sense of integrity and leads by example.
  • Values teamwork and collaboration.
  • In Nevada, must be of legal age to work in establishments with gaming machines.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, and listening are required.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 65 pounds occasionally.
  • Work in environments that may include heat, cold, allergens, noise, and chemical odors.
