Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome every customer warmly, expressing gratitude for their patronage and encouraging their return.
  • Deliver prompt and friendly service while providing accurate product information to enhance customer awareness.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently, applying relevant discounts and adhering to regulations regarding restricted sales.
  • Prepare accurate cashier reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the store environment.
  • Properly label, rotate, and stock products on shelves and displays.
  • Prioritize safety and security by following established guidelines and reporting incidents to management.
  • Stay informed of and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • When applicable, assist customers with fueling their vehicles and checking essential fluids.
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation and food handling protocols.
  • For Floaters, reconcile daily paperwork and complete necessary deposits.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Must be of legal age to sell restricted items.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail or cashier roles is preferred.
  • Leads by example and maintains integrity in all actions.
  • Possesses a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
  • For Nevada applicants, must be of legal age to work in establishments with gaming machines.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent requirements to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, climb, and communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 65 pounds occasionally.
  • Work in environments that may include exposure to varying temperatures, allergens, noise, and chemicals.
