Key Responsibilities of a Retail Cashier Support Specialist:
  • Welcome every customer warmly, expressing gratitude for their patronage and encouraging their return.
  • Deliver prompt and friendly service, providing accurate product information to enhance customer awareness.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently, applying relevant discounts and promotions while adhering to all legal regulations regarding restricted sales.
  • Prepare cashier reports accurately in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, both inside and outside.
  • Properly label, rotate, and stock products on shelves, coolers, and displays.
  • Prioritize safety and security, following guidelines in the Safety Manual and reporting any incidents to management immediately.
  • Stay informed about and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Where applicable, assist customers with fueling their vehicles, checking fluid levels, and washing windows as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation and food handling procedures.
  • For floaters only - Accurately reconcile daily paperwork and complete deposits when covering shifts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Must be of legal age to sell restricted items, including alcohol and tobacco.
  • Possess a strong desire and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service.

  • Be available for flexible shifts to meet the demands of a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Have prior experience in retail or as a cashier.

  • In Nevada, must be of legal age to work in establishments with gaming machines.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
