  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits, coordinating with purchasing and production teams to optimize inventory levels.

  • Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards for incoming and outgoing products, addressing any quality issues promptly and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Customer Service: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Previous experience in warehouse operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or lead role, strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of inventory management principles and practices, familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations, proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), and other relevant software.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, additional certification or training in warehouse management or related field preferred.

This position involves working in a warehouse setting, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
