Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales prospecting efforts and helping to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Coordinate list building activities to ensure prospect data is relevant, accurate and complete
  • Proactively engage with prospects and customers to create a great first impression
  • Partner with our Sales Directors and Sales Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute outbound marketing initiatives
  • Maintain active prospect engagement and a healthy pipeline of new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications
  • Leverage CRM, calendars, and other project management tools
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity goals
  • Understand how to demo the Nextpoint software and deliver our value proposition
  • Ability to travel as needed
Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience in a sales or customer-facing role; prospecting experience preferred; SaaS experience highly preferred
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated curiosity to learn about a new industry and product
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
