About the Role

ExamWorks is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team in the Sacramento/San Francisco territory. This is a 50% remote/ 50% out in the field position that requires consistent contact with clients, maintaining awareness regarding industry standards and client expectations, and utilizing time efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development of local, national, and international sales.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company, actively promoting services, gathering and exchanging information.
  • Represent the company at industry functions, conferences, tradeshows, seminars, meetings, and when necessary, organize and conduct client entertainment.
  • Inform clients of updates in regards to policy changes, services, and physicians.
  • Assist in resolving client concerns relative to service and report quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Visit physicians as necessary and assist with physician recruiting efforts.
  • Evaluate the results of overall sales efforts regularly and report these results to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Continuously analyze the market and competition and identify external threats and opportunities; adapt sales strategy to changing conditions.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly updates as directed.
  • Attend all sales and marketing meetings as directed.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales or industry experience required.
  • Knowledge of claims management relative to liability defense is preferred but not required.
  • Must hold a valid state Driver's License.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality while monitoring own work to ensure quality is met.
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Demonstrates the ability to problem-solve and develop alternative solutions when dealing with client issues or emotional topics.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and be willing to promote a positive team-oriented environment.
