Job Description

Cabinetworks Group is a leading manufacturer of kitchen cabinets in the U.S., and we're seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales of our products within the Cleveland Territory Home Depot stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and leverage business relationships with store personnel to promote sales and comparative growth.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure effective product placement and customer engagement.
  • Persuade store personnel to offer Cabinetworks Group products to their customers.
  • Train and support store personnel on our product offerings, marketing programs, and promotions.
  • Proactively address product, warranty, and service issues, and communicate resolutions with all parties involved.
  • Maintain and update display presence in showrooms.
  • Analyze sales metrics and develop tactical and strategic sales plans to meet and exceed goals.
  • Review monthly budgets and maintain quarterly account business plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 8 years of selling experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues and build positive partnerships with department teams and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with external customers.
  • Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence, and initiative without daily interaction with management.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years of retail sales or business material industry experience.
  • Ability to read and understand sales reports.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with in-store designers.
