Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on printing, shipping, and other services to customers.
- Process customer orders through our point-of-sale system, including handling cash and credit transactions.
- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Open and close the center, manage cash registers, and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure the front counter and store areas are clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
