Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling government products to qualified beneficiaries throughout an assigned and approved service area. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales goals and objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative meetings with prospects and/or members to explain the benefits and requirements of our products.
- Work with our team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Manage and take ownership of assigned areas, including proactive provider outreach and member/community facing events.
- Utilize presentation skills to capture and maintain the audience's attention, and consistently ask for permission to follow up with prospective members or leads.
- Respond to all external and internal correspondence promptly and accurately, and encourage members to attend government-sponsored events.
- Develop sales, marketing, and social activities for members and prospects, and dress professionally to portray a positive and professional image to the general public.
- Proactively contact existing membership, and participate in community-facing events to build strong relationships with our members and partners.
Requirements
- 3 years of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and PDP sales experience.
- High-School Diploma or GED in a general field of study.
- Active Arizona Department of Insurance Health & Life Producers License.
- Possess a valid Arizona Driver's License with no restrictions or unfavorable history.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
- Familiarity with CMS Guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree.
