Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Manager to oversee our operations in the designated region. This role offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and expanding multinational environment, engaging with a variety of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Manager will be accountable for managing customer relationships within the assigned territory, focusing on driving sales growth and optimizing product offerings as outlined in the Business Plan. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting visits to home centers and kitchen & bath retailers to advocate for our fabrication services.
  • Following up on retail leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Addressing customer expectations and concerns to foster product adoption and sales.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and visits.
  • Creating impactful content for promotional materials.
  • Providing comprehensive training on product features and benefits.
  • Delivering marketing resources tailored to client segmentation.
  • Implementing and managing the Display Policy effectively.
  • Enhancing sales and marketing efforts through strategic promotions and facilitating visits to home centers.
  • Expanding market presence with core products.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Experience
Required:
Minimum of 3 years in a sales role.
Desired:
Experience with large retail chains and kitchen & bath dealers.

Education
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Desired:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Knowledge
Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Desired:
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

Skills
Required:
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

This role requires a willingness to travel frequently.
