Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Exponential Power is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling corporate products and services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer locations within the region to meet with existing and prospective customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base
  • Provide professional presentations and demonstrations of company products and services
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth
  • Provide basic technical support and solutions-oriented approach to customers
  • Analyze data to provide feedback and recommend areas for operational improvement
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Forklift battery and/or charger experience preferred
  • Experience in material handling sales/service a plus
  • Industrial application sales experience a plus
  • Solutions selling experience a strong plus
  • Three years of direct work experience in an external sales capacity required
