Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at Selectek. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in our defined geographic territory by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase market share and sales revenue
- Utilize solution-based selling to promote the value of our aftermarket, engineering, service, and OEM equipment products
- Collaborate with regional agent networks to grow business and cultivate new agent relationships
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales representatives, engineering, and service technicians
- Manage and maintain accurate customer and prospect information in our CRM system
- Provide regular activity reports, itineraries, and expense reports
- Meet or exceed sales targets and territory forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outside industrial sales
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
