Job Title: Regional Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at Selectek. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in our defined geographic territory by developing and executing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase market share and sales revenue
  • Utilize solution-based selling to promote the value of our aftermarket, engineering, service, and OEM equipment products
  • Collaborate with regional agent networks to grow business and cultivate new agent relationships
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales representatives, engineering, and service technicians
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer and prospect information in our CRM system
  • Provide regular activity reports, itineraries, and expense reports
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and territory forecasts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outside industrial sales
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
