Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Jobot. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with key accounts and developing sales opportunities through effective presentations and quotations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide technical and sales training and support to sales teams and customers
  • Travel extensively to meet with customers and stakeholders, with a focus on the assigned region
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in capital equipment sales, with a strong track record of success
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of capital equipment and industry trends
