Enterprise Client Manager

Fooda is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Onsite Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of one of our enterprise clients in Nashville. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing hourly or full-time staff, with a strong background in food service or enterprise catering.
This role involves supervising multiple programs, ensuring timely delivery of meals, coordinating internal catering events, establishing effective client relationships, recruiting and training dedicated hourly staff, and managing customer service inquiries. The Onsite Account Manager will also be responsible for updating POS and menu software as-needed, maintaining accurate financial records, and escalating any potential issues to the Operations Manager.
