Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet company standards.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve housekeeping efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including linens, cleaning products, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and report on housekeeping performance, including metrics such as guest satisfaction and room cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of improving housekeeping efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Working Conditions

The Housekeeping Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with guests, staff, and other departments. The position requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
