Position Summary:
The Multiplatform Strategy Coordinator will play a pivotal role in scheduling and coordinating promotional materials to enhance visibility across linear and multiplatform channels for Bravo, E, and Oxygen. This position is essential in supporting the overall media planning strategies aimed at boosting brand recognition through effective promotion across various platforms, including on-air, streaming, and on-demand services. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data analysis, strategic planning, and multitasking, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to rapid changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and schedule promotional campaigns to optimize reach, frequency, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate scheduling across platforms in alignment with marketing priorities, understanding premiere timelines and promotional strategies.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform scheduling and strategic decisions.
- Adjust schedules promptly in response to programming changes, maintaining close communication with broadcast facilities.
- Collaborate with Multiplatform team members to outline campaign deliverables and oversee the creation of promotional content, ensuring timely asset delivery.
- Manage all promotional campaigns within asset management and scheduling systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Provide clear instructions for asset trafficking to implement strategies across non-linear platforms.
- Work collaboratively across teams, staying informed of changing priorities in a dynamic environment, and updating necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with the Multiplatform Planning team regarding promotional priorities and scheduling details.
- Support cross-network initiatives by executing strategies for top Comcast/NBCU priorities across various content categories.
- Assist in compiling and reconciling on-air schedules for post-campaign evaluations, analyzing effectiveness, and providing strategic recommendations.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies and manage asset needs.
- Stay informed about trends in entertainment and media.
- Facilitate promotional changes with Master Control as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, data analytics, film, television, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with media metrics for planning purposes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong quality control capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and resourceful.
