Job Overview

The Soccer Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the experience for players and coaches within the i9 Sports framework. This position requires the ability to foster relationships with athletes, parents, and coaching staff while ensuring that the educational components of the i9 Sports experience are effectively delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empower volunteer coaches to conduct practice sessions with an emphasis on fundamental skills, development, and enjoyment.
  • Instruct and exemplify core principles, including the values of sportsmanship.
  • Oversee the overall management of the designated sport during game days.
  • Exhibit a consistently positive demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Experience and knowledge in sport-specific coaching.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while resolving issues.
  • Ability to assess situations to ensure player safety.
  • Positive outlook and a strong capacity to establish professional relationships.
  • Availability to work Saturdays throughout the season.
  • Must successfully pass a National Criminal Background Check.
