As part of this commitment, we are seeking a qualified individual to take on the role of Women's Head Soccer Coach. This position involves overseeing the recruitment, fundraising, program enhancement, practice organization, game scheduling, coaching during matches, and managing all related travel logistics.

The Women's Head Soccer Coach will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Actively scout and identify prospective student-athletes, promoting diversity while building a competitive team.
  • Compliance: Ensure the soccer program adheres to the regulations set forth by the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and institutional policies.
  • Program Development: Innovate and enhance the soccer program to align with the college's mission and goals.
  • Fundraising: Engage in activities that support the financial sustainability of the soccer program.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in collegiate soccer, either as a player or coach.
  • Knowledge of fundraising and recruitment strategies.
  • Understanding of college and NJCAA regulations.
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking skills to assess student needs.
  • Ability to collaborate with faculty and staff regarding student academic requirements.
  • Skill in connecting with potential students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle, with the capability to drive college vehicles.
  • Availability for evening and weekend practices and games.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a head coach at the collegiate level.
  • Proven track record in fundraising and recruiting student-athletes.
