Clinical Records Coordinator

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is actively looking for a Clinical Data Management Specialist to support a long-term project with a leading Global Medical Device/Pharmaceutical organization. This position is part of our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, which offers managed solutions and is a dedicated business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. This role is full-time and comes with comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and various other options. The primary responsibility of this role is to transfer, rename, and anonymize electronic records from various storage mediums (such as CDs, hard drives, and network locations) across multiple clinical trials using specialized software/systems. This position involves handling sensitive clinical information, applying moderate computer skills with accuracy and consistency, adhering to technical work instructions for data migration and anonymization, and maintaining thorough documentation for audit purposes.
Additionally, the role includes support for clinical trials, which may involve creating data listings within electronic data capture systems, submitting documents to electronic trial master files, and organizing meetings and study documentation.
Successful candidates will engage constructively with data management and clinical research representatives to manage expectations effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with a record of high academic performance.
- A minimum of two years of general office experience, with daily use of office computing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer tasks, including working with spreadsheets, shell scripts, and electronic records.
- Demonstrated technical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ethical conduct, reliability, and the ability to work semi-independently towards long-term objectives.
- Commitment to performing all job responsibilities in a professional, reliable, and ethical manner.
