Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Logistics Specialist to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting and verifying incoming shipments to confirm accuracy in quantity and type of goods received
  • Documenting receipt of shipments through signed delivery confirmations
  • Adhering to established protocols for inventory handling
  • Preparing essential shipping documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and FEDEX labels
  • Facilitating the movement of materials and equipment from storage for dispatch
  • Assisting in the auditing and reconciliation of inventory records
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation such as inventory reports and material control logs
  • Cross-referencing received quantities with Bills of Materials (BOMs), Purchase Orders (POs), and shipping paperwork

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management
  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in policies, procedures, equipment, and supplies relevant to logistics
  • Entry-level experience in warehouse operations is advantageous
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse processes

Security Clearance:

  • Possession of an Active Secret clearance is required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as balancing, bending, carrying, crouching, stretching, and kneeling
  • Capability to push, pull, and reach as necessary
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with colleagues, management, and clients, ensuring accurate information exchange
