Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting and verifying deliveries to confirm the accuracy of stock received.
  • Documenting receipt of shipments through delivery notes.
  • Adhering to established protocols for stock handling.
  • Preparing shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and FEDEX shipments.
  • Coordinating the transport of materials and equipment from ManTech warehouses for dispatch.
  • Assisting in inventory audits and reconciliation.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation, including inventory, material control, accounting, and supply reports.
  • Reviewing and validating quantities received against BOMs (Bill of Materials), POs (Purchase Orders), and shipping documents.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of policies, procedures, equipment, and supplies.
  • Entry-level experience in warehouse settings is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Possession of an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel.
  • Capability to push, pull, and reach as necessary.
  • Frequent communication with colleagues, management, and clients, requiring accurate information exchange.
