Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify deliveries to ensure accuracy in quantity and type of stock received.
  • Sign off on delivery documentation upon receipt of shipments.
  • Adhere to established procedures for stock handling.
  • Prepare shipping documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and FEDEX shipments.
  • Transport materials and equipment as needed from company warehouses for distribution.
  • Assist in inventory auditing and balancing processes.
  • Establish and maintain accurate stock records and documentation such as inventory, material control, accounting, and supply reports.
  • Review and confirm received quantities against BOMs (bill of materials), POs (purchase orders), and shipping documents.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of policies, procedures, equipment, and supplies.
  • Entry-level warehouse experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems is preferred.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Possession of an Active Secret clearance is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel.
  • Must be capable of pushing, pulling, and reaching.
  • Frequent communication with colleagues, management, and clients is necessary, requiring accurate information exchange.
