Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at a growing and stable manufacturing company. This role will focus on customer care with major accounts, managing and maintaining key accounts within the West Coast.

This is a hybrid role, with four days in office and one day from home. The position offers growth, stability, and a place to call home. It is a long-term temp role, with a possibility of becoming direct hire.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing heavy emails and calls from clients
  • Processing orders from start to finish
  • Managing credits and returns
  • Working with cross-functional departments
  • Resolving disputes with customer accounts and working with collections department

Requirements include:

  • At least two years of order processing and call center experience
  • Ability to process orders from start to finish
  • MS Office Suite knowledge
  • AS400 or similar ERP system
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
