The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Mental Health Technician or patient care role. Certification in mental health technology or a related field is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $20.45 - $31.15 per hour, with opportunities for differential pay. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent interpersonal and observation skills
- Assisting in the treatment and care of psychiatric patients
