Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residency Program Assistant Professional to join our team at Morehouse School of Medicine. As a key member of the Department of Family Medicine, you will provide administrative support to the residency program, ensuring its smooth operation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data entry, expense requests, travel support, program documentation, and meeting logistics.
  • Support residency faculty and residents with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate program events, including retreats, graduations, conferences, and interviews.
  • Monitor evaluation completion in MedHub and send reminders.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per annum.
