About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for recent nursing graduates to launch their careers in pediatric care. Our nurse residents will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help them develop into confident and competent nurses.

The successful candidate will have completed an accredited nursing program and possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. They will be able to provide high-quality patient care, work effectively within a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.

Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program
  • Active Georgia RN license or Multi-State RN license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
