Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

About the Role

As a resident in our RN Nurse Residency Program, you will participate in a series of learning and work experiences tailored to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in your first professional role as an RN. Our program utilizes the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program, ensuring you receive the highest quality training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in monthly four-hour learning sessions focused on evidence-based practice and clinical expertise
  • Collaborate with peers and clinical experts to resolve complex clinical challenges
  • Complete an evidence-based practice project, demonstrating your ability to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings
Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • A valid RN license in Georgia or a Compact State
  • Succesful completion of boards, verified by the start date
  • Active Basic Cardiac Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
  • Graduation from a college or university accredited by CCNE or ACEN
