Job Description

">

As a Registered Professional Nurse in our Outpatient Surgery RN Residency Program, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the growth and development of our surgical services. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a valid Georgia RN license and less than one year of experience in surgical services. Additionally, certification in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and ACLS is required.
