Front Desk Supervisor

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in the front office.
Responsibilities- Assist the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the front office operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling room assignments, key cards, and other related tasks.
- Manage the front desk computer system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor and maintain the front office log and trace file, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and documented.
- Assist with room revenue maximization, ensuring that all rooms are sold at the highest possible rate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager or other hotel management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
